Enter your email address and tap Send code. We email you a 6-digit code from [email protected]. Enter it in the app. There is no password.

• A code lasts 10 minutes. If it has expired, tap Resend code.
• If the email has not arrived, check your spam or junk folder, and check the address you typed.
• If you ask for many codes or enter several wrong ones, wait a while before trying again.

Only the background. Your item is cut out and placed on the look you choose, and its own pixels are kept exactly as you shot them: label text, colour, packaging, scratches and wear. Buyers see the item they will receive. You can compare the original and the result side by side.

• New accounts get 5 free export credits.
• One credit covers every format you choose for a photo in the same export.
• Exporting an unchanged result again is free for 30 days.
• Previews, cutouts and ready-made looks never use credits.
• If an export fails, its credit is returned.

An AI setting is a background created for one photo, planned from that photo's angle and light. They are optional; ready-made looks are free.

• Your first 3 AI settings are free. After that, each one uses 1 credit.
• Studio Monthly includes AI settings, up to 50 a month.
• The app shows the cost before a setting starts. If a setting fails, its credit or free setting is given back.
• A setting carries on if you leave the screen. New take creates another one, which counts as a new AI setting.
• Going back to an earlier result, including an earlier AI setting, is free.

Save exports to Photos or share them straight from the app.

Open the photo and tap Touch up cutout. Use Erase to remove leftover background and Restore to paint back parts of your item. You can change the brush size and softness, pinch to zoom and move with two fingers. Tap Apply cutout edits when you are done. Reset to automatic cutout takes you back to the original cutout.

Shots are saved on your phone the moment you take them, and unfinished touch-ups, looks and notes are kept as drafts. Uploads carry on when you are back online.

• Photo or shoot: press and hold it and choose Delete photo or Delete shoot, or use the trash button while reviewing a photo.
• Account: go to Account and tap Delete account. Your account, photos, results, exports and stored files are removed straight away, along with the drafts on this device.

Credits already used are not returned. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; see the next question.

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Product Photo Studio Pro. If you reinstall the app or change phones, use Restore purchases in the app.

English and Thai. The app follows your iPhone's language. To use a different language for this app only, open Settings, find Product Photo Studio in the list of apps and choose a language.
